Project Overview

H2Engineering provided MEP and Telecommunication design services for a new technical manufacturing and training facility in Perry, Taylor County, Florida. The 9,500 square foot single story building includes offices, classrooms, an open work area, outdoor welding stations, and exterior site lighting.

The project required flexible MEP systems that could support movable equipment and an adaptable floor plan. H2Engineering worked closely with the manufacturing equipment provider and the full design team to ensure every system aligned with program needs, schedule, and budget.

A new electrical service was designed to power robotics, vacuums, welders, washers, dryers, and other specialized equipment, with capacity for future expansion as programs evolve. The team also designed the fire alarm, security, intercom, and telecommunications systems, creating a fully integrated infrastructure for the facility.
