H2Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, audio/visual, and construction administration services for the 2,200 SF build-out of the G450 space within the Reitz Union. The project transformed existing space into the Gator Esports Center—UF’s premier hub for gaming, community engagement, and competitive development.
The facility features 44 high-performance gaming stations, including Arena and Game Pod PCs, console co-op setups, and dedicated streaming pods. H2Engineering’s design integrated specialized power, cooling, data, and A/V systems to meet the demanding requirements of gaming and streaming technology. Enhanced infrastructure ensures a reliable, high-performance environment that supports both casual players and competitive teams.
