The project consisted of a 17th floor addition on the roof level of the DoubleTree Hotel located in Tallahassee FL. The 17th floor includes of a bar with exterior deck, a full commercial kitchen, and restrooms. A corridor connects the new bar to the east end stairs. The 16th floor was renovated to provide an elevator lobby to access the 17th floor. H2Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and construction administration services for this project.
