The project added 3,765 square feet of indoor space with seating for 270, plus a 1,380-square-foot outdoor terrace with 36 open-air seats. Designed and built on an accelerated schedule to support the adjacent residence hall opening, the expansion was completed while maintaining uninterrupted food service. Guided by the 2023 Hub Expansion Study, the project includes fully integrated building systems designed by H2Engineering, featuring energy-efficient HVAC tied into campus infrastructure.
