We are seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to support our business development and project pursuit efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, staying organized, and contributing to projects that move forward smoothly and on time with high‑quality, professional materials.
In this position, you will help identify project opportunities and prepare the required proposal materials within an engineering environment. Along with proposal development, you will also provide occasional support for social media, graphic design, and public relations initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and develop proposals (RFPs/RFQs/SOQs) from research to submission
- Write, edit, and maintain resumes, project descriptions, and proposal content
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to produce high-quality submissions
- Collaborate with clients and owners during the lead/submission/interview process
- Track and research proposal opportunities and deadlines
- Maintain proposal files, templates, and marketing materials
- Support interview presentations and pursuit materials
- 10% travel within FL
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, or marketing support (AEC industry preferred)
- Experience with proposal coordination or RFP/RFQ responses (AEC industry preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Location
This is a remote, full-time position with standard office hours. Candidates preferred to be located in Tallahassee, Fort Walton Beach, and Gainesville, FL area.
