Your Health

Health Insurance

  • H2E offers a PPO or an HMO for medical insurance paid 100% for the employee.

Dental & Vision

  • We also offer dental and vision coverage, also paid 100% for the employee.

Health Savings Account

  • Employees are provided with a Health Savings Account (HSA) and have the option to add pre-taxed funds through monthly payroll deductions. H2E will deposit $100 per month to each eligible employee’s HSA.

Life & Disability

  • Full-time employees are provided with company-paid long-term disability insurance and life insurance including accidental-death and dismemberment.

We offer a 401K program with a company match of up to 4% and you’re 100% vested immediately. There’s no waiting.
