Jane joined H2Engineering in 2019 and swiftly advanced to the role of Human Resources Manager & Office Administrator. She currently oversees accounting, human resources, recruiting, and benefits for the company. Jane’s organizational skills and ability to multi-task are her greatest strengths, given her many responsibilities at H2Engineering. She is passionate about her work and demonstrates compassion, empathy, and committed to the success of the firm.

I have always operated in my professional career by the adage that ‘if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.’ The fact that I get to play a part in the success at H2Engineering feels less like work and more like purpose.

Second, I think of my three sons, who inspire me on a daily basis. Their character and drive encourage me to constantly do more and to never stop growing.
