We are currently seeking a talented mechanical engineer to join our team and work remotely!
As a member of this fast-paced and highly motivated team, you will use your creativity and diverse range of engineering training to explore solutions to a variety of building mechanical system problems. The Mechanical Engineer will participate in the production, design, and construction phases of the project on a diverse range of building types. The candidate will work cross-functionally with other disciplines and multiple project teams. If you get excited about problem-solving and innovative thinking, then H2Engineering is for you.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- 2-5 years of experience designing and developing projects from concept to completion
- Mechanical engineer with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for commercial construction including preparing construction documents, and engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
- Experience in designing projects valued over $5 million in construction cost
- Must be able to prepare deliverables including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
- Detailed knowledge of general building construction and mechanical systems is essential
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- LEED BD+C and CxA certification is a bonus
- Revit experience

Location
This is a remote work position. Candidates must be located in the Florida Panhandle or Central Florida.
