After a complete facility assessment, H2Engineering provided MEPF engineering for adding a one-story, two-level tilt panel housing pod building. The building has an inmate capacity of 256. Modular cells were included on all four (4) sides of the building at two (2) levels with security mesh protection at the mezzanine level. There is a control room in the middle for observation and controlling the inmate population. The maintenance access was divided into a quadrant and included a corridor for each housing pod.
