We are seeking designers with experience in commercial MEP design including preparing construction documents. Must have a fundamental understanding of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and the required coordination between those trades. Responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. The ideal candidate would perform design evaluations and be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Skills
- Associate’s Degree, technical training or equivalent experience required
- AutoCAD/Revit experience required
- Detailed knowledge of general building construction and MEP systems is essential
- Strong analytical and technical skills
