The BIM Coordinator will oversee company-wide implementation of digital design and production platforms, research and introduce new technologies, develop and curate best practices, develop workflow processes and standards, implement and enforce standards, advise and assist other users with processes and methods, and lead training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP design, simulation, and document production processes.
Skills
- Associate’s Degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years in related industries as a designer, BIM coordinator, or similar roles
- Advanced knowledge of BIM tools including Revit and AutoCAD
- In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project setup, file structuring, system troubleshooting, etc.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
- Must be a self-starter and work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Location
This is a remote work position. Candidate must be located in the Florida Panhandle or Central Florida.
