PrincipalRyan joined H2Engineering in 2000, quickly becoming an invaluable member of the team, and in 2007 became Vice President. His energetic hands-on leadership has created a productive and efficient work environment. Ryan’s vision of the future has spurred our efforts to evaluate and continuously improve every facet of the company. Ryan has experience designing systems for new construction, renovations, additions, and restoration on multiple facility types including higher education, government, office, correctional, public safety, and K-12.
From your perspective, what makes us ‘Your First Choice’ in the eyes of our clients?
I think the values that have and will continue to position us as Your First Choice include the desire to create a successful and sustainable company, provide opportunities for others, and develop a staff adept at serving our clients to their utmost satisfaction.
What or who inspires you?
Our company’s mission inspires me. Being Your First Choice brings me a lot of satisfaction. It encourages me to push myself and our organization harder, and to serve our clients better.
If you could change or make an impact on the world, what would you do?
My vision is to improve our little piece of the universe that provides opportunities to folks who exhibit a propensity for the firm’s mission and develop a culture of hard work so we can enjoy life outside of the office.
