H2Engineering recognized the need for commissioning and retro-commissioning services before they became a standard in the industry, we have been routinely commissioning the control systems on our projects as a value-added service to our clients. As commissioning started to become more prevalent in the industry, we noticed the standard did not meet our expectations, so we took a lead in the process.

Our commissioning team maintains a diverse workload to bring the highest level of value to building commissioning. Because our commissioning staff spends time designing systems, performing energy analyses, detailed cost analyses, and performing facility assessments, in addition to commissioning, we have a unique understanding of building systems, design, construction, and facility operations and maintenance.
