Specifications Writer

Description

1) Writing & editing of specifications for mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects.
2) Must have a minimum of 8 plus years experience.
3) Coordination with architectural, structural, civil and other consultant specifications.
4) Consult with design team. Coordinate specifications with drawings.
5) Take lead in assembly of project manual.
6) 6+ years of MEP design background with 4+ years in specifications writing.
7) Handbook of Professional Practice, and construction industry standards.
8) Familiarity with Master Spec, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
9) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
